Design Notes

The nucleotide sequence was optimised so that the amino acid sequence fits the E. Coli expression system. Prefix and Suffix sequence were add. Additionally, the araBAD promoter was add after the prefix and in front of the DSUP, so that the expression of the DSUP is inducible by L-arabinose.
